CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
This member of staff is part of the Responsible Supply Chain and carries out the following activities and transactions:
- Checks orders as they arrive according to company procedures;
- Enters Customer orders into the company IT system, sends the order confirmations to the customers and manages all the relevant paperwork;
- Manages Customer relations for order intake, manages non-conformity and any complaints, manages delivery issues;
- Prepares returns and non conformity documents;
- Provides customer services;
- Collaborates with planning and logistics departments to check the availability of finished products and manages any problems connected to deliveries and customs clearance of the goods;
- Collaborates with the administrative department for the management of customer accounts.
This position requires:
- a high school diploma including administrative studies (or equivalent);
- Previous experience in the same field;
- Back office organisational and operational skills;
- An excellent level of German and English.
Worksite: Novaledo.
