WELCOME

Menz & Gasser specializes in producing and packaging jams, marmalades and honeys in various formats as well as fruit preparations for cakes and pastries. After making a healthy investment in sauce production, we have expanded our range to include savoury and sweet-and-sour recipes, from dips and chutneys to seasonings.

We make products for supermarkets, ice cream and confectionery makers, and the hotel, restaurant and catering trade.

We also devise bespoke solutions for our customers’ wide-ranging needs, creating tailor-made products for the private-label market, and making fruit- and vegetable-based semi-processed products for the food industry.

Menz & Gasser has been offering its customers the finest and safest products for over 80 years. The ingredients of our success are an intensive research and development effort, unstinting investment in innovation and new technologies and, above all, the ability to understand every customer’s specific needs and to work with them to devise the best recipe for their business success.
