Cooking line operator and controller and processing supervisor

• Willing to work three rotating shifts;
• Technical/mechanical education (chemical, IT, agricultural, mechanical etc.), knowledge of PLC operations; Checks that the quality (type, code) of the raw materials corresponds to that described in the recipe;
• Mixes ans cooks the individual ingredients according to the quantity, order, temperature and processing method described in the recipe in order to feed them into the system, having previously checked and recorded the parameters given in the specification documents;
• Records the number of items produced and the amount of materials used;
• Ensures the system is working correctly and responds promptly to any problems or malfunctions;
• Pauses processing if anything does not conform to the parameters given in the recipe in order to identify and remove the unacceptable goods;
• Carries out the intermediate and post production washing of the system as described in the production programme according to the procedures stated by Quality Assurance;
• Immediately communicates to his/her superior any variations in the processing technology in order to improve product quality or simplify operations;
• Records processing data in the specific forms.
