Menz&Gasser partners with the IFSE Haute Cuisine and Confectionery School

Professional confectionery expertise, a passion for excellence, and an insistence on the finest Italian quality are just some of the values that unite Menz&Gasser and IFSE, the School of Haute Cuisine and Confectionery based near Turin. That’s why we have decided to become an IFSE “master region” partner, to enable aspiring master confectioners to work with our jams and semi finished products for baking and fillings.

Thanks to the intensive efforts of our specialist research and development lab, Menz&Gasser offers a comprehensive range of products devised and made specially to meet professional confectioners’ needs for quality, variety and creativity. IFSE is dedicated to training the professionals of tomorrow, as the only cookery school recognised as a Centre of Italian excellence by the General Secretariat of the President of the Republic. It acts both as an international hub for studying, developing, producing, selling and marketing fine food products and as a powerful voice spreading Italian food and wine culture throughout the world.
