Confectionery news from Menz&Gasser at the Sigep 2018 fair

Menz&Gasser will be there again this year in Rimini from 20 to 24 January to present our new offerings for the confectionery world at Sigep, the no. 1 international trade fair for artisanal breadmaking, ice cream, confectionery and coffee. It’s an unmissable event for those, like Menz&Gasser, who make a comprehensive range of finished and semi-processed products developed over several years to satisfy professional confectioners’ and ice cream makers’ need for quality, variety and creativity.

Our toppings for ice creams, confectionery and semi-frozen desserts are the product of an intensive research and development effort backed by over 80 years of experience. The same goes for our high-quality jams and semi-processed products, which offer excellent heat stability for baking, filling and decorating cakes and desserts.

This year, Menz&Gasser is unveiling the new flavours in our Forno Farcitura range: apricot and rosemary, orange and ginger, and peach and basil. These 3 original combinations of aromas and flavours have been specially devised to add zing to the most demanding confectioners’ creations.
