Marca and SIGEP 2020: come and discover Menz&Gasser’s new offerings for confectioners and the PL world!
January, as ever, gets the year off to a busy start for Menz&Gasser with two unmissable events: Marca, on the 15th and 16th in Bologna and SIGEP from the 18th to the 22nd in Rimini.
Menz&Gasser will be at Marca, the international fair for own-brand products, in Pavilion 26 at Stand B103. We’ll be presenting our ever-expanding range of sweet and savoury products developed especially to meet the needs even of the most exacting customers. For with our years of expertise and experience, we offer highly personalisable services to create, develop and industrialise new recipes while providing a huge variety of tailor-made packaging and repackaging solutions too.
And at SIGEP, Menz&Gasser will be in Pavilion B5 at Stand 116 to present the new SINE range of 60%-fruit extra jams for baking – available in apricot, cherry, strawberry, fruits of the forest, blackberry, and peach& passion fruit flavours. SINE is free of colourants, preservatives and flavourings, to meet the demands of a market where product quality and simple, natural ingredients are increasingly important. Pastry Chef Gabriele Trovato will be on hand for two show cooking events each day, at 11 am and 3 pm, to present recipes devised specially to showcase Menz&Gasser’s products to best effect. The fair will also feature the innovative new JAM in JAR dispenser complete with a nozzle for filling cakes and pastries.
