Having got back from SIGEP, Menz & Gasser shares their experience

Menz & Gasser attended the exhibition with a view to sharing their 2020 new releases and to showcasing their broad spectrum of professional products, including the new SINE Extra Jam for Baking range with 60% fruit. Each range is capable of making the most of authentic ingredients and responding decisively as demand continues to increase, paying attention to quality and in search of natural flavours.
The stand that Menz & Gasser prepared for the occasion exuded a warm and welcoming atmosphere – just like a real cake shop. What’s more, courtesy of pastry chef, Gabriele Trovato, there were two cooking shows held every day. This allowed us to savour moments of enjoying confectionery together, without losing sight of the essentially functional and innovative aspect of the entire Menz & Gasser professional range. Also, for the first time at a trade fair, we showcased the Jam in Jar dispenser with an optional spout for filling breakfast brioches simply, quickly and hygienically.
