Extra jam for baking

Menz & Gasser extra jam couldn’t be more natural. It is free of preservatives, colourants and flavourings, as required by European law. This type of jam is ideal for filling or decorating cakes, and it also bakes well in the oven. Thanks to its reliable quality and heat stability, confectioners can relax and give free rein to their creative genius.

Baking & Filling

Menz & Gasser fruit purees and semi-processed products offer constant high quality that you can rely on. Our wide range of baking jams covers the most demanding confectioner’s every need, from pre-oven use to filling and jellifying. Oro, for example, contains up to 70% apricots. Farcitura products heighten the flavour and appearance of the confectioner’s creations. And the comprehensive Forno range with over 15 varieties all packed with fruit (up to 180% for the plum butter) offers variety and excellent stability at high temperatures.

Lab

Menz & Gasser’s semi-processed confectionery products are made for artisanal and industrial production lines alike. The multiuse purees in the Laboratorio range are easy to spread and can be used both before and after baking. This are the reliable, high-quality products that confectioners have always wanted. 4 Stagioni comes in a wide variety of flavours, from classic apricot to the rather special plum. Giardino is an apricot puree specifically for fillings, while Etrusca has the deeper colour of fully ripe apricots. Finally, Marillen is a puree specially devised for filling doughnuts, the classic sweet treat of the South Tyrol.

Fruit Filling

The two Fruit Filling ranges (with 55% and 90% fruit) have an excellent consistency and are highly stable during both baking and freezing. They are canned for longer life and can be mixed with other bases. Developed for cake and pastry decoration and for preparing mousses, semi-frozen desserts and Bavarian creams, they can be used before and after baking. They make excellent fillings for speciality chocolate and other confectionery.

Nitrogen-free and stable at low temperatures, Menz & Gasser toppings are ideal for decorating cakes, shakes, yoghurts, fruit salads, ice cream sundaes, and semi-frozen desserts. Our toppings are available in 9 flavours – 6 fruit-based and 3 cremes – in convenient 1 kg plastic bottles with a convenient non-drip cap; a new 500 g format is coming soon.
